Disabled people suffer unique hardships. Special programmes for the disabled go a long way in training people with disabilities and helping them to cope with everyday life. It's particularly important that disabled children are taught to manage their disabilities so as to achieve a sense of worth from a young age.

People from disadvantaged communities struggle to afford the necessary services that could minimise the effects of their disabilities. Breadline Africa supports a number of programmes for the disabled that tackle the problems that they face and try to help them to generate an income.
