RDSP has been offering support to rural organisations since 1992. They offer training in organisational development, business development skills and research skills.

The Small business unit supports rural entrepreneurs with needs assessments, marketing & technical advice and access to resources & funding.

Other services include:

Open learning programme - distribution of self help training manuals and regular info packs.
Youth Unlimited - linking rural youth groups with services and access to funding.
Discovery Exchange & Exposure programme - organising seminars of common interest and exposure visits to share ideas/models/resources.
