TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BREADLINE AFRICA CELEBRITY DINNER COMPETITION

Entrants must be over the age of 18 years.

Entrants may not have a criminal record.

Only South-African citizens residing in South-Africa may enter.

The draw for the winners will take place on the 1ST of MARCH 2010 at the offices of BREADLINE AFRICA, 2 SOMERSET ROAD, GREENPOINT. The winners will be contacted on their respective contact details.

The draw is final and the announcement of the winners will not be reviewed. An independent auditor will verify the results

BREADLINE AFRICA reserves the right to redraw a name should the initial winner’s contact details be defective or unavailable to accept the prize.

Upon the announcement of the winners, BREADLINE AFRICA and their sponsors will incur the following reasonable costs for the winners to meet with the celebrities:

The cost of a return flight, and taxi and
Any other necessary and reasonable cost related to the competition at the sole discretion of BREADLINE AFRICA.

Entrants are allowed to sms as many times as they like and sms charges will be levied at R5.00 per sms which charges are not refundable for any reasons whatsoever.

No family members of BREADLINE AFRICA employees or employees of BREADLINE AFRICA may enter the competition.

The meeting with the celebrity will be held at such time as it fits with the schedule of the celebrity.

The winner gives BREADLINE AFRICA permission to use their names and photos taken for purposes of the competition and/or any promotional purpose and that it may be featured on BREADLINE AFRICA’S web blog.

Neither BREADLINE AFRICA nor any of its directors, officers, employees shall be responsible or may be held liable for any loss, damage or injury including consequential losses, suffered by or caused to any entrant or other person or property as a result of entering this competition or any loss, damage or injury including consequential losses suffered as a result of arrangements made for and/or the meeting with the celebrity prior, during and to the end of the meeting, and/or during the course of the acceptance of the prize to the end thereof.

Entrants acknowledge that by entering this competition they have read and understand the terms and conditions of the competition as reflected here above and are bound thereby.

BREADLINE AFRICA reserves the right to substitute any chosen celebrity with another celebrity in the event of the unavailability of the celebrity original nominated due to unforeseen circumstances and/or reasons.
